Why Bricks are Red..?

The colour of clay bricks is tormented by the chemical and mineral content of the staple used, the firing temperature and also the atmosphere of the oven. Bricks may be pink, white, yellow or red in color. The pink is because of a high iron content, the color turns to varied red hues on increasing the temperature. It 1st turns to redness, then purple and gray or brown at around 1300 uranologist. The yellow or white color is because of higher lime content.
